Preference is given to efforts that visibly improve daily life, enhance public spaces, or expand opportunities for the broader population. Bonus scoring may be awarded for environmentally sustainable designs or green features.
Grant awards are reimbursable: recipients pay initial costs, then are reimbursed. Applicants must meet compliance requirements including reporting of progress and outcomes.
